# Can I include CC or BCC in my send to email step?

> Parabola's native email steps do not support CC or BCC. Each recipient receives their own separate email. 

Parabola's native email steps ([Send emails by row](/docs/product/integration/send-emails) and [Email a file attachment](/docs/product/integration/email-attachment)) do not support CC or BCC. Each recipient gets a separate email, not a shared thread.

## Workarounds

* Add multiple addresses to the **Reply-to** field and ask the first recipient to reply-all.
* Send to a shared group inbox so the team sees the message in one place.
* Use an external provider like [SendGrid](/docs/product/integration/sendgrid) when you need true CC, BCC, or threaded delivery.
