# How can I create a ticket with Parabola's support team?

There are two main ways to contact Parabola's support team:

1. Using the in-app chat (recommended for fastest response)
2. Submitting a ticket via email

## Option 1: Using the In-App Chat

Parabola's fastest and most convenient support option is the in-app chat, located directly within the product interface.

    Click the paper airplane icon to start a conversation.

    Provide a description of your issue or question, and attach screenshots or files if needed.

    Parabola's AI assistant will do its best to guide you to a suitable resolution, and connect you with human assistance where necessary.

## Option 2: Submit a Ticket
