# How can I share visualizations and dashboards with customers and partners outside of my Parabola organization?

> You may want to share visualizations and dashboards with customers and partners *outside* of their Parabola organization. This article provides an overview for the options that are currently available. If you have any additional feature requests in this area, please email help@parabola.io.

## **Here are the available options:**

1. You can email tables and visualizations manually to a comma-separated list of recipients. [Check out this article for instructions and screenshots.](https://support.parabola.io/articles/4742068627-is-there-any-way-to-embed-a-parabola-table-or-visualization)
2. Any table can be exported as a CSV. Simply click on the "Export to CSV" button at the top right of your table or chart. Please note that charts/graphs won't be recreated in the CSV but the raw data will be available.
3. You can use our "Email a file attachment" to directly email recipients a CSV or Excel file of the data. All you need to do is provide a comma-separated list of email recipients.
4. You can take screenshots of the different visualizations and share externally/upload into slides.

**If they have a separate Parabola account:**

1. You can copy a snippet of the flow and send it to them to paste into one of their own flows., but they'll need a Parabola account to use it.

**If they can be added as view-only users to your existing account:**

1. You can add them as viewer to the relevant flows. Anything shared as viewable by the whole team will be available to them as viewer.
