# How do I request a legal entity name change for my Parabola account?

> How to update your account's legal entity name — for example after a company name change, acquisition, or restructuring.

If your company has changed its legal entity name (for example, after a rebrand, acquisition, or restructuring), Parabola's billing team needs to update your account records manually. Additionally, a similar process is needed if you need to update the billing email address that is recieving invoices.

    * Your current (old) legal entity name
    * Your new legal entity name
    * The effective date of the change
    * Any supporting documentation, if available (e.g. an amendment or certificate of name change)

    Our billing team will update your account records and reissue invoices as needed going forward.
