# Parabola 101: Building fundamentals

> Welcome to Parabola University!

Our 101 course is the best way to start automating manual processes. The \~1 hour course will teach you everything you need to know to build your first flow, from pulling in data to building complex logic.

We offer four 101 courses, tailored by function. **Each course covers the same content.** The key differences are in the use cases covered in the course and the associated building challenges.

Click on the course that most-closely resembles your function/company. If none of the courses seems quite right, hop into the **General operators** course.
