# Intro to Parabola University

Parabola is a workflow builder that lets you automate any manual, repetitive process — pulling data from multiple systems, applying logic, and actioning on it. If you've ever felt stuck in spreadsheet hell, you're in the right place.

**The goal of this course** is to give you the fundamental skills to build your first flow independently. No coding required — just a basic familiarity with spreadsheets and a solid understanding of your own process.
