# Find flows

> Access, search, and organize all of your Prowork flows from the Flows page.

As your team's flow library grows, the Flows page lets you access, search, and organize all of your Prowork flows.

## Where your flows live

Flows are displayed in rows, each showing key information about the flow.

  </Frame>
</div>

The Flows page has a few views:

* **Home.** Your default landing page, showing the flows you accessed most recently.
* **Starred.** Anything you've favorited for quick access.
* **My flows.** Flows not shared with your entire team: flows you created and haven't shared, flows you created and shared with specific people, and flows shared with you directly. Flows created here are private by default.
* **Team flows.** Flows shared with your entire team. Flows created here are shared by default and accessible to everyone. Moving a flow into the team space automatically grants your team viewer permissions; you can later give specific individuals edit permission.

## Using folders

**Create.** Team flows can be grouped into folders. Anyone on the team can create a folder, and all folders are accessible to your entire team. Click **New Folder** and enter a name. You or your teammates can later modify the folder name or description from its overflow menu.

<div className="docs-figure-md">

    <img src="https://mintcdn.com/parabola-7119dfb0/ubGtZEoZ2v4cs6yE/images/find-flows-new-folder.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=ubGtZEoZ2v4cs6yE&q=85&s=f96c0651f737d33ebc72e24151859ea0" alt="The Create a new folder dialog with a Folder name field" width="1144" height="548" data-path="images/find-flows-new-folder.png" />
  </Frame>
</div>

**Organize.** Create sub-folders up to three levels deep (for example, *Marketing Team → Paid Acquisition → Monthly Reports*). Access your team's complete folder structure from the navigation area on the left or from the Team flows page.

**Delete.** Deleting a folder deletes everything inside it, including the flows it contains. A folder can only be deleted by its creator, and only if they're also an editor of all flows inside. To delete, go to the parent folder and select **Delete** from the folder's overflow menu.

## Moving flows

Move a flow between **My flows** and **Team flows** by selecting **Move** from the overflow menu. Only editors can do this.

<div className="docs-figure-md">
  <Frame>
    <img src="https://mintcdn.com/parabola-7119dfb0/ubGtZEoZ2v4cs6yE/images/find-flows-move.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=ubGtZEoZ2v4cs6yE&q=85&s=5d47816611c3aa3205d21a6fb82308d3" alt="A flow row's overflow menu open, listing Flow Settings, Star Flow, Duplicate, Move, Share, and Delete Flow" width="2048" height="655" data-path="images/find-flows-move.png" />
  </Frame>
</div>

You'll see a warning if moving changes who has access:

* **Moving into Team flows** shares it with everyone and grants view access by default.
* **Moving out of Team flows** removes team-wide access, but anyone the flow was shared with directly keeps access.

## Searching for flows

Use the search box at the top of any flows page. Your search scope follows the page you're on:

* From **Home**, it searches across all flows you have access to.
* From **My flows**, it searches only your private and selectively shared flows.
* From **Team flows**, it searches only team flows (and only within the folder you're viewing).

<div className="docs-figure-md">
  <Frame>
    <img src="https://mintcdn.com/parabola-7119dfb0/ubGtZEoZ2v4cs6yE/images/find-flows-search.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=ubGtZEoZ2v4cs6yE&q=85&s=3dbffcd48f4d1d8fedd1806c3e28cdb2" alt="Search results for &#x22;parcel&#x22;, with the search term in the box and the one matching flow listed below" width="2048" height="511" data-path="images/find-flows-search.png" />
  </Frame>
</div>

Search is case-insensitive. You can search by:

* **Flow title.** Any word or part of a word in a flow's name.
* **Folder title.** In Team flows, search also matches folder names.
* **Trigger address.** Paste an inbound email address, webhook URL, or file queue URL to find the flow it triggers. This is especially handy when you have the trigger address in hand but can't remember which flow it belongs to.

## Filtering

Narrow the list further with filters alongside search. Click **Add filter** to choose a category, then select values:

* **Owner.** Owned by me, Shared with me, or a specific teammate.
* **Run type.** Scheduled flows, Flows with triggers, or No schedules or triggers.
* **Status.** Schedule paused, Triggers paused (the webhook or inbound email trigger is paused), Last run succeeded, Last run failed, or Has not run (zero runs to date).
* **Last run.** Ran today, yesterday, or in the last 7/14/30/90 days.
* **Last edited.** Edited today, yesterday, or in the last 7/14/30/90 days.

<div className="docs-figure-md">
  <Frame>
    <img src="https://mintcdn.com/parabola-7119dfb0/ubGtZEoZ2v4cs6yE/images/find-flows-filter.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=ubGtZEoZ2v4cs6yE&q=85&s=aa4a0c3ae89a117932c323453e9e5339" alt="The Add filter menu open with Owner, Run type, Status, Last run, and Last edited categories, and the Owner submenu listing Owned by me, Shared with me, and teammates" width="2048" height="1046" data-path="images/find-flows-filter.png" />
  </Frame>
</div>

Values within a category combine with **OR**; different categories combine with **AND**. Selecting **Last run succeeded** and **Triggers paused** under Status returns flows matching either condition, while adding an Owner filter narrows that further to just that person's flows.

Today and Yesterday use your local timezone; the rolling 7/14/30/90-day windows are timezone-independent.
