Pull from Shipstation

Pulls Orders, Shipments, and more from ShipStation

Pulling data into Parabola from Shipstation

Use this step to pull in orders, shipments, and fulfillments from your Shipstation account.

Orders

When pulling orders, you can select to pull in the default column set, which contains the most commonly used order attributes, or the extended columns set, which contains some of the less used columns.

The orders pull defaults to also pulling in the line items for each order. This means that each row represents an item in an order. So, you may see an order listed across multiple rows, if multiple items were in that order. You can change this by updating the settings to show orders without line items.

Orders can be filtered in this step to only include those with a certain status. Those statuses include:

Orders can also be filtered down by the date they were created. Date filters can be relative, absolute, or a mix, such as:

Choose to base the relative dates on the current moment in time, or the last complete unit of time. That means you could pull the last 1 week of orders, based on the last complete week, which would pull all of last week, and not include this week.

You can select a timezone to use for those date filers.

Shipments

When pulling shipments, you can select to pull in the default column set, which contains the most commonly used shipment attributes, or the extended columns set, which contains some of the less used columns.

The shipments pull defaults to also pulling in the line items for each shipment. This means that each row represents an item in a shipment. So, you may see a shipment listed across multiple rows, if multiple items were shipped. You can change this by updating the settings to show shipments without line items.

Shipments can be filtered in this step to only include those sent via a certain carrier.

Shipments can also be filtered down by the date they were created. Date filters can be relative, absolute, or a mix, such as:

Choose to base the relative dates on the current moment in time, or the last complete unit of time. That means you could pull the last 1 week of shipments, based on the last complete week, which would pull all of last week, and not include this week.

You can select a timezone to use for those date filers.

Fulfillments

When pulling fulfillments, the step will return every attribute about your fulfillments as columns.

Fulfillments can also be filtered down by the date they were created. Date filters can be relative, absolute, or a mix, such as:

Choose to base the relative dates on the current moment in time, or the last complete unit of time. That means you could pull the last 1 week of fulfillments, based on the last complete week, which would pull all of last week, and not include this week.

You can select a timezone to use for those date filers.
