# Queued runs no longer report failures that didn’t happen

> <p>On Flows that get a burst of webhooks, a run could sit in the queue long enough that checking its status marked it failed before it ever had a chance to start. That sent a &ldquo;Your flow failed&rdquo; email for a run that was fine, and left the run unable to recover. Waiting in the queue is no longer read as a failure: the run waits, then runs. Only a real result from the run itself sets its status.</p>
