Send to Dropbox no longer overwrites a file with an empty one
Bug fix
If a Send to Dropbox step received no rows at all, it replaced the file in Dropbox with a blank CSV and reported a clean run. It now stops and flags the run instead, the way it already did when the incoming table had no columns. A table with headers and no data rows still exports, unchanged.
