There are two main ways to contact Parabola’s support team:
- Using the in-app chat (recommended for fastest response)
- Submitting a ticket via email
Option 1: Using the In-App Chat
Parabola’s fastest and most convenient support option is the in-app chat, located directly within the product interface.
Log into your Parabola workspace.
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Click the paper airplane icon to start a conversation.
Provide a description of your issue or question, and attach screenshots or files if needed.
Parabola’s AI assistant will do its best to guide you to a suitable resolution, and connect you with human assistance where necessary.
Option 2: Submit a Ticket
If you prefer, or are unable to use the chat, you can submit a support ticket via email. Send your request to help@parabola.io, and we’ll respond as soon as we’re able. Last modified on March 5, 2026
