Email notification preferences are managed per flow.

Open your flow

Click the name of your flow, then the gear icon to access flow settings

Select preferences for “Your email settings for this flow”
The options are:
  • (Default) Receive an email only when flow fails or pauses
  • Receive an email every time flow is run
  • Never receive emails about this flow
