What to do if you need to recover a deleted flow
- Contact Parabola support immediately using the in-app chat or submit a request via https://support.parabola.io.
- Provide the following details:
- Name of the flow
- Workspace name
- Approximate date and time of deletion
- Any team members who may have deleted the flow
- The support team will investigate and let you know if recovery is possible.
Tips to avoid accidental deletions
- Create drafts of your flows if you’re making larger updates to an existing flow. You can discard drafts and create new drafts without impacting the Live version of your flow.
- Duplicate flows that you’re overhauling to retain the original version.
- Set clear naming conventions for flow names to avoid confusion.
