To pull data from Quickbooks into Parabola:

Build a flow that uses a Pull from inbound email step.

Copy the flow’s unique email address to your clipboard to start using this dedicated email address yourself or to share with others.

Set up auto forwarding (see /product/integration/pull-from-email for details).

Create Quickbooks report of the data you want to pull

In Quickbooks, go to the ‘Reports’ tab, and then select ‘Custom reports’

Find the report you want to export and click ‘Edit’, then toggle on ‘Set email schedule’, input your generated Parabola email address as the recipient, and choose your desired scheduled cadence (just remember that your Pull from inbound email step will run every time the dedicated email address receives a new attached file).
