How to verify a flow forwarding email

During verification, these different systems will attempt to send an email with a URL (that needs to be clicked) into the flow in Parabola . You will likely receive a failure email in the flow that means this “verification email” has been sent in and needs approval.
1
Go into the flow you are trying to auto-forward your emails into
2
Change “Pull data from email attachment” to SOLELY “Pull data from email content” and make sure that you have selected “body_text” as one of the fields you bring in.
3
Click refresh and you should see the body_text that contains the verification URL. Make sure to click to confirm that URL, then you can change the “Pull data…” selection back to what was previously selected.
If you’re having trouble receiving this email or finding the verification URL/link in Parabola, you can try rejecting the email, which will send it back to the email of the flow’s owner.
1
Open the Extract from email step settings
2
Click “View all flow email settings ⚙”
3
Check the box labeled “Reject emails that do not contain valid attachments”
4
Attempt to re-send the email forwarding verification link
You should receive an email from Parabola that the flow could not process the email; this message will also contain the rejected email which contains the verification link. Use this URL/link and proceed with the rest of the set up process.
