Up until now, when a Parabola user would submit a question through our in-app chat, that exchange and solution were limited to just the user and our support team. Over time, we began to feel that if one person had this challenge or question, surely others do as well. Moving these types of interactions to an open community helps serve the greater good of the Parabola user-base. Questions posted by you in the Community will now not only be solved by just the Parabola support team, but by all Parabola users. This means you'll find inspiration and solutions faster than ever, help others in their journey as Parabola users, and get right back to building the things you love.
We also believe that the future of Parabola should be shaped by you, our users. Our new Community allows users the chance to submit product feedback and feature requests. These requests can be upvoted by your peers and will be prioritized by our product and engineering teams as we evaluate our platform's functionality.
Lastly, we internally have seen so many cool flows built by our users, but there has not been a place to showcase some of your incredible skills and ingenuity. In our Community, we've dedicated a space for our users to highlight their work, receive upvotes, answer questions, explain the flow's purpose, etc. We think this is a great place for all Parabola enthusiasts to connect and encourage one another.
Today is a really exciting day for me. When I started Parabola, I dreamed of one day having this community of users sharing their stories of building flows to automate manual tasks and supporting each other achieve even more with Parabola. I hope you enjoy our Community, and I look forward to jumping in on all the great conversations ahead.
