Can I include CC or BCC in my send to email step? - Parabola

Parabola’s native email steps (Send emails by row and Email a file attachment) do not support CC or BCC. Each recipient gets a separate email, not a shared thread.

Workarounds

Add multiple addresses to the Reply-to field and ask the first recipient to reply-all.
Send to a shared group inbox so the team sees the message in one place.
Use an external provider like SendGrid when you need true CC, BCC, or threaded delivery.
