If your company has changed its legal entity name (for example, after a rebrand, acquisition, or restructuring), Parabola’s billing team needs to update your account records manually. Additionally, a similar process is needed if you need to update the billing email address that is recieving invoices.

Include the required details

  • Your current (old) legal entity name
  • Your new legal entity name
  • The effective date of the change
  • Any supporting documentation, if available (e.g. an amendment or certificate of name change)

Wait for confirmation

Our billing team will update your account records and reissue invoices as needed going forward.
