Clearer signals when a Flow can’t be edited

Improvement

View-only, locked, running, and active schedules all cause Flows to enter a view-only state. That state now uses a more noticeable color to help you understand when you cannot edit. Prowork’s Ask mode picks up the same color while it’s on, which was easy to miss before.
