Explore supply chain automations built by best-in-class brands

It’s one thing to read about how leading brands are automating SOPs.

It’s another thing to actually see how they’re automating SOPs.

In celebration of our latest product launch (you can now visualize the data from your Flow in graph or table form directly on the Canvas), we’re sharing free access to sample Flows that highlight three of our most common use cases:

  1. Parcel invoice audit: Audit DHL parcel invoices against a rate card.
  2. Inventory reconciliation: Compare inventory levels across Shopify, Netsuite, and ShipHero.
  3. Order consolidation: Standardize and consolidate orders from Amazon and Shopify — plus report on sales by channel/SKU.

Get exclusive access to an ops sandbox where you can see how companies like Brooklinen and Caraway run each of these processes.

Parcel invoice audit

Parabola transforms your invoice audit process by automatically ingesting data from CSVs, PDFs, and third-party portals, then comparing that data against rate cards to find overages or inaccurate charges.

In this Flow, we’re comparing DHL parcel invoice data against the associated rate card to identify any invoicing discrepancies. From there, you can drill down into a discrepancy report and build a visualization to quickly see the discrepancy amount vs. total spend.

Inventory reconciliation

By integrating across inventory systems, Parabola adds an extra layer of visibility across your ERP, WMS, and sales channels — alerting your team of discrepancies in real-time without the CSV downloads and v-lookups.

In this Flow, we’re pulling in sample data from Shopify, Netsuite, and ShipHero. From there, you can combine these datasets based on SKU and apply formulas to look for discrepancies. After assigning statuses based on those calculations, it’s easy to email the team with those discrepancies and generate a visualization to gauge inventory health.

Order consolidation

Whether you’re working with orders, invoices, shipments, or inventory, standardizing and consolidating data from siloed sources is always a clunky process.

In this Flow, we’re pulling order line-items from Shopify and orders from Amazon before consolidating the datasets. From there, you can create a sales by SKU report for Shopify sales and an aggregated sales-by-month and -channel report to highlight aggregated revenue across channels.
