Claudia has a background spanning strategy and operations at Via, where she spent nearly five years working across driver operations, engagement, and safety for one of the largest transit platforms in the US.
Eric has a background rooted in software engineering, data analytics, and financial modeling — having built ELT pipelines, APIs, and pricing models across roles at Parsec Education, Tonic HQ, and KPMG before joining Parabola.
Claudia and Eric walked through core use cases and real flows, and shared the best practices they use building on Parabola every day.
They showed how teams use Parabola to automate complex, recurring processes that need to be reliable, auditable, and repeatable…the kind of work that usually lives in spreadsheets, manual exports, or one-off scripts.
It’s useful for current users, and still a valuable learning opportunity if you’re not familiar with Parabola.
