Analytics and operations are different problems
The Fivetran-plus-warehouse stack answers “what happened across the business,” reliably and at scale. It assumes structured sources, and it terminates in a warehouse where analysis happens.
Operational work has different inputs and a different ending. The inputs are the ones nobody built an API for — a supplier’s PDF, a 3PL’s emailed export, a portal you download from weekly. And the ending is not a chart: it is a corrected record, a reconciled file, or a queue of exceptions someone works through this morning.
Which one is right for your team
Choose Fivetran when the goal is analytics and the sources are structured. Nothing in Parabola replaces a well-run ingestion stack.
Choose Parabola when the inputs are messy, the output has to return to an operational system, and the process belongs to the team doing the work.
