As a flow list grows, a name and a short description are what let someone else (or you, months later) know what a flow does without opening it. Duplicate to reuse a working pattern, delete what’s no longer needed, and the list stays something your team can actually navigate.

Rename a flow

  • Click the flow name in the header bar and select Rename to edit it inline.
  • Or from the flows page: open its overflow menu, select Flow settings, and update the Flow name field.

Add a description

A description is a good place to summarize what a flow does or how to use it. This is particularly useful if you’re collaborating on flows with multiple team members. You can add one in a few ways:
  • Click the flow title to open the dropdown menu, then select the gear icon.
  • Add a description from the dashboard using the pencil icon next to Add a description.
  • From the flows page, open the overflow menu, select Flow settings, and fill in the Flow description field before clicking Save.

Duplicate a flow

Duplicate an entire flow two ways:
  • From within the flow builder (using the navigation bar menu), or
  • From your flows page (using the overflow menu).
This creates a copy of your flow in the same location. To duplicate just part of a flow, select the steps you want: hold Shift and drag a box around them on the canvas, or Shift-click individual steps. Then copy (⌘/Ctrl + C) and paste them into another flow canvas (⌘/Ctrl + V).

Delete a flow

Delete a flow from the navigation bar menu in the builder, or from the overflow menu on the flows page.
