Pull orders, inventory, products, and warehouse history from Logiwa into Prowork.

Pull from Logiwa

The Pull from Logiwa step brings data from your Logiwa warehouse into a flow, on a schedule or on demand.

Authentication

Logiwa doesn’t offer OAuth or API keys, so Prowork signs in with a Logiwa user’s email and password.
1
Add a Pull from Logiwa step. Search for “Logiwa” in the step library.
2
Click Authorize Logiwa.
3
Enter the email and password of a Logiwa user that has API access.
4
For a sandbox account, check This is a Logiwa sandbox account.
If that user’s password changes, edit the account in Prowork and enter the new one.

Configure your settings

Pick a dataset. There are 37 to choose from:
  • Orders: Shipment orders, Shipment order lines, Purchase orders, Purchase order lines, Return orders
  • Inventory: Inventory, Total inventory, Available to promise, Products
  • History: Receiving history, Purchase order receiving history, Shipment history, Transaction history
  • Setup: Clients, Customers, Vendors, Warehouses, Warehouse locations
  • Lookups: Reference lists like shipment types, status types, and location zones
Each dataset has the filters Logiwa supports for it. Datasets with a date filter pull the last day by default, which keeps runs small. Widen the range when you need more history.
Order line datasets return one row per line, with the order’s details on each row.

Tips

  • Incremental loads: Keep the default one-day range and schedule the flow, instead of pulling all your history every run.
  • Sandbox first: Build against a sandbox account, then switch the step to your production account.
