Available data
Using the RetailReady AI integration in Parabola, you can pull in the following data:- Facilities — your list of warehouse facilities, including facility names and external facility codes.
- Brands — the brands associated with a given facility, including brand names and external brand codes.
- Retailers — the retailers you ship to for a given facility, with the option to filter by brand.
- Orders analytics (summary) — a list of orders with key packing and shipping metrics — cartons, pallets, labels, units, SKUs, VAS actions, and order status — filterable by creation date, ship window, pack date, retailer, brand, or ASN.
- Orders analytics by facility — the same order-level analytics as above, scoped to a specific facility, with additional filters like picksheet code and PO number, plus line-item detail (ordered vs. shipped quantities by SKU).
- Order details — a full breakdown of a single order, including its pallets, cartons, and the SKUs packed into each — along with carrier, tracking, and PO information.
Common use cases
- Monitor compliance performance across retailers: Track order-level metrics like cartons, pallets, and VAS actions by retailer and brand to spot patterns in chargeback risk.
- Audit orders against retailer packing requirements: Pull order and carton-level detail to verify that SKUs, labels, and pallet configurations match what each retailer expects before shipment.
- Track ASN and shipment timeliness: Monitor when ASNs were sent relative to ship windows to catch late notifications before they trigger penalties.
- Consolidate compliance reporting across facilities: Combine order analytics from multiple warehouses into a single dashboard for leadership visibility.
- Reconcile ordered vs. shipped quantities: Compare ordered and shipped quantities at the line-item level to flag shortages or overages before they become disputes.
- Flag orders needing attention: Surface orders with unusual carton, pallet, or VAS action counts so supervisors can review them before they ship.
Tips for using Parabola with RetailReady AI
- Schedule flows around shipping cycles. Run your flows daily, or more frequently during peak shipping periods, to keep compliance data current.
- Filter early to keep flows fast. Use date, retailer, or brand filters on your orders analytics pull to focus only on the orders you actually need to review.
- Join facility, brand, and retailer data. Combine facility, brand, and retailer lookups with your order data to build fully labeled, readable reports instead of raw IDs.
- Set up alerts for exceptions. Use Parabola’s Filter and Formula steps to flag orders with unusually high VAS actions, missing ASNs, or quantity mismatches, then trigger email or Slack notifications.
- Combine with warehouse or ERP data. Merge RetailReady AI data with your WMS or ERP to get a complete view from order intake through compliance sign-off.
- Document your logic. Use Parabola’s step notes to record why certain filters or thresholds were chosen, so teammates can maintain the flow as retailer requirements evolve.
