Removing extra spaces
Automatically remove extra spaces from data points using the Find/Replace object
Data exported or collected can sometimes contain extra spaces, which can cause problems when transferring that data to other services. It is a good idea to remove those, and any other erroneous characters. In Excel, you can use the manual Find and Replace functionality, or the TRIM function. SQL also has a TRIM function.
Using a single Find/Replace Object, you can set up an automatic flow that removes spaces or any character. Simply type a space into the find field, and replace it with nothing. RegEx can also be used for more precision and flexibility.
