Want a better understanding of what your customers are saying in your Bubble app? Use this recipe to run regular sentiment analysis of your users' comments.
This recipe uses the Pull from an API step to import all the comments from your Bubble application. It then uses a few different transforms like the Expand JSON step, the Remove columns step, and the Compare dates step to clean the data. Most importantly, it uses the Insert sentiment analysis column step to analyze the sentiments of the comments. The weighted sentiment score is calculated using the Insert math column step and the resulting data is exported using the Send to Google Sheets step.
