Connecting integration accounts
All connections between Parabola and another system, such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Snowflake, require authentication.
When connecting an account to Parabola for the first time, you will need to follow authentication steps specific to that service. Most only require one click and for you to be logged in to both Parabola and the other service.
Parabola stores authenticated accounts for each integration that you connect so that you can reuse that connection across multiple Flows.
By default, the integration account that you add is private to you, and can be reused by you across any Flow that you have access to.
Accounts can be shared with other individuals on your team, or more broadly with your entire team. Permissions can be set to either “can edit” (full access), or “can use” (read-only access).
Users with full access to an integration account can manage that account, including renaming, reconnecting, revoking access, and deleting.
Credentials that existed within Flows and card templates before December 9th, 2024 will be migrated to this credential system. Read our post about the migration for more information.
Please note: you can remove integrations directly from within Parabola at any time.
